Harper and Mrs. Jennifer

Mommy's friend Mrs. Jennifer came to visit a few weeks ago and her new little girl Harper was with her. We became instant friends. She lives in Dallas, Texas. I hope that one day I can go to visit her in Dallas. My other friend Caroline Stewart lives in Dallas as well. They are friends. "Maybe we can move to Dallas?" Did I just say that out loud? Sorry. Not really, I like it in Ruston. Anyway, meeting Harper was a lot of fun. She was so cute. We even held hands. In this picture, me and mommy are posing with Harper and Mrs. Jennifer. Can't wait to do it again!

First Day of School

I recently attended Mother's Day Out for the first time. It is held at Temple Baptist Church, my church, on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-2:30. I had such a good time playing and meeting new friends. It also gives mommy a chance to take care of a few things like going to the grocery store. She can also work during the day if I am at school and then she will have more time to play with me when I get home. I like this school thing. First we all get there and play. Then at about 11:00 we eat. After that, we have nap time. When we wake up, it is time to go home. How great is that!

Rise and shine sleepy head. It is time to wake up for school!!! Am I excited or what!!!

This is me and daddy blow drying my hair the morning before school. Doesn't this look so fun! My hair is so long, that we have to do this to help it dry.

Here I am dressed and ready to go. "School is Cool!"

And this is me playing on the floor at school. It was such a fun day!

Bogalusa

Me and Ethan are hanging out at Nana's house. We went to Bogalusa about two weeks ago. I think Ethan is so funny. We have so much fun together. I really like going down to south louisiana to see them. I hope I get to go back soon. Mommy and daddy said that we may go during the Thanksgiving Break. Wahoo!!!!
Ethan just told me about the time he......sorry, he told me it was a secret. I can't tell you what he just said that was so funny.
Nana has this really comfortable stroller that I got to ride in. They pushed me all around the house. I think mommy is going to try to get me one like this. I really liked it. I could lean back in it when they pushed me.

Lele's Birthday Party

Two weekends ago, while in Bogalusa, we went to Thibodaux to my Cousin Lele's birthday. I had so much fun. She celebrated her 1 year old birthday on the day I turned 6 months. She doesn't know it, but I was celebrating a half-a-birthday with her. There was cake and ice cream along with lots of good food. I saw my cousin Cullen that is only four days older than me while we were there. They also had this really cool jumping thing, but I was not big enough for it just yet. Mommy said that I can have one of those when I get bigger.

Above: Lele is opening all kinds of neat presents. I want a birthday party!!!!!

Above: Me and Aunt Pam are just C-H-I-L-L-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!

What A Beautiful Day

After church, we decided to go outside and take a few pictures. It was such a pretty day.

My Fran was making me smile. I like it when she is silly.

We are all looking so cute and then Precious had to look away. She has a problem of doing that. For some reason, she does not listen very well.

In this picture, Aunt Stacy and I are smiling. She took some time away from the camera. She was in town for my baby dedication.

Baby Dedication

Here are a few pictures from my baby dedication held at Temple Baptist Church.

Me and Mommy are posing for this picture on the bench in the foyer.

Daddy wanted a picture with me as well.

Look at this pretty dress. I also have on a bib to keep my dress.

Here we are receiving my Bible from our Pastor Dr. Rick.

Friday Night Lights

I have had the opportunity to experience Friday Night Football this year while watching my daddy coach. He coaches at Ruston High School. Mommy brings me to all of the games and we cheer loud for the Bearcats. Look how cute we are wearing our Red and White. As you can tell, we have no idea about what is going on in this ballgame.

Daddy's friend Mr. Ryan Kilpatrick came over to talk to me. I liked playing with his buttons on his shirt. Mr. Kilpatrick's brother plays for the Bearcats. We beat Huntington 28-7 on this Friday Night. Last Friday however was not as fun. We lost our first game to Byrd. We play Ouachita tonight so I am excited!!!!!!!

Mr. and Mrs. Barham

Mr. Adam and Mrs. Natalie came to get a hair cut the other day and Mrs. Natalie played with me. She looks so pretty and I just love that pretty necklace she is wearing. It kinda looks like one of my toys. They were a lot of fun. I wish that they did not live in Jackson and they could come and visit me more.

Outdoors

My daddy took me outside for the first time the other day to play in the grass. We had such a good time. The grass was cold on my feet and kinda itched a little. There were these leaf type things that would crunch when I stepped on them. They were brown.

My daddy says that I should get used to playing outside because we have such a big yard and we live in the country. Still not sure what he means, but whatever.

When mommy finished doing hair, she came outside with us. We took a family photo. Are we not the cutest!!!!!

Good Morning

I just got up and mommy thought that I looked sooooo cute so she took my picture. I tried to tell her to let me "Freshen Up" before she took the picture, but she could not wait.

I hope no boys see me like this!!!

Me and Ethan

My Cousin Ethan came back to my house a few weeks ago to visit me again. I was having my baby dedication at church so he and Aunt Leigh Anne, Nana and Papa came to visit. Ethan is about to turn five and is big enough to hold me by himself. He played with me the entire weekend.

We went to eat on Saturday night and then came back to my house to watch the LSU game. Ethan and his mommy stayed the night with us while Nana and Papa stayed at the Hampton Inn. I have a new pink cadillac and Ethan pushed me around in it. It is the neatest car.

This weekend we are going to go to Bogalusa to stay the weekend with them. It should be a lot of fun. We are planning on going to my cousin Lele's house for her birthday. Can't wait for my birthday. I will be half way there on Saturday.

Tyler, Texas

Mommy and I went to stay with Aunt Stacy a few weeks ago while Fran and D-Daddy were out of town and Daddy was at work. Mommy said that she did not want to be bored at home, but I think she knew that I wanted to see Aunt Stacy.

We were sitting on the floor and Aunt Stacy was eating a cookie. It looked so good. I can't wait until I can eat real food. It won't be long now.

I felt like if I gave her the "sweet eyes" long enough that she might give in and let me have a piece, but she held her ground.

While in Tyler, me and mommy did a little shopping for daddy. His birthday was the day we came home so we had to get him a few gifts.

We also went to visit Aunt Stacy at work. I got to meet all of her friends that she works with. Good times had by all.

Temple Tailgate

A few weeks ago, we held an event at our church called Temple Tailgating. After an early church service in which former football player Bill Bates spoke, each Sunday School class set up and tailgated. It was so much fun. During church, families were encouraged to wear their favorite team gear, and it is no secret what my family chose.

In this picture, Mrs. Jonann Byargeon and Mrs. Debra Seal are playing with me.

We are big LSU fans so we took the opportunity to showcase our fan gear. As seen before, I am wearing my LSU cheerleader outfit. Dad is wearing his number 9 LSU jersey while mom is sporting her number 15.
We had such a good time talking and visiting with friends.

Hurricane Gustav

During the hurricane, my cousin Ethan came to visit me. We had a lot of fun playing. My Nana and Uncle Will also came to visit. It was my first experience with a Hurricane. We had lots of rain and our power even went out for about a day.

In this picture, Ethan and I are sitting on the floor playing. I love this bumbo. It really helps me to sit up and play. I feel like a big kid when I am sitting in it.
